Ghassan Skaff

Ghassan Skaff was a Lebanese politician and a distinguished neurosurgeon who served as a member of the Parliament of Lebanon representing the Rachaya district. In addition to his legislative duties, he held the position of professor and chief of neurosurgery at the American University of Beirut. In 2022, he gained national attention as a candidate for the position of Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament. He passed away on December 13, 2024, following a battle with cancer.
