Ghulam Ali Khatana is an Indian politician currently serving as a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. A prominent tribal leader from the Gujjar community in Jammu and Kashmir, he is the first member of his community from the region to be nominated to the Rajya Sabha. In addition to his parliamentary duties, he serves as a secretary and spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Jammu and Kashmir unit. He has been noted for his long-standing association with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and his work with the Muslim Rashtriya Manch, focusing on community outreach and political advocacy.
