Ghulam Ali Khatana is an Indian politician serving as a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. A prominent leader from the Gujjar community in Jammu and Kashmir, he is the first member of the Gujjar Muslim community from the region to be nominated to the Rajya Sabha.
