Gianina Șerban is a Romanian politician serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies for the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR). Born in Bacău in 1983, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Titu Maiorescu University in 2005. She was first elected to Parliament in December 2020 representing Ilfov County, later securing reelection in 2024, and has held leadership positions within her party, including vice-president of the National Leadership Bureau and secretary of the Chamber of Deputies.
