Γιάννης Καλλιάνος

Giannis Kallianos is a Greek politician, mathematician, and television meteorologist currently serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament for the South Athens constituency representing the New Democracy party. Born in Athens in 1978 with roots in Drepano, Argolis, he previously worked as a mathematics teacher and a weather presenter for various media outlets, including Mega Channel. His political career has been marked by controversies, including public criticism regarding his comments on a legal case and multiple arson attacks against his professional and political offices. In 2024, his parliamentary immunity was lifted to address a lawsuit filed by doctors concerning the death of his father.
