Giovanna Iacono

Giovanna Iacono is an Italian politician and librarian serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2022. Before her national election, she held various local government positions in Santa Elisabetta, including deputy mayor and municipal councilor. A member of the Democratic Party, she has served as the president of the party in the province of Agrigento and as a member of the regional secretariat in Sicily. She holds a master's degree in the history and management of archival and bibliographic heritage from Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
