Gladys Boss Shollei

Gladys Boss Shollei is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and the Woman Representative for Uasin Gishu County. A lawyer by training, she previously served as the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary of Kenya and as a lecturer at the University of Nairobi. Throughout her political career, she has been a vocal advocate for legislative reforms, including proposals to increase female representation in parliament and the introduction of the Kenya Reparations Bill to support victims of historic human rights abuses. She was re-elected to her current position in 2022 under the United Democratic Alliance ticket.
