Graziano Delrio

Graziano Delrio is an Italian politician and physician currently serving as a member of the Senate of the Republic. A long-standing figure in the Democratic Party, he previously served as the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport from 2015 to 2018, Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies, and Mayor of Reggio Emilia. Known for his background in Catholic democratic thought, Delrio has held various high-level government roles and served as the head of the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI). Throughout his career, he has focused on urban redevelopment, sustainable infrastructure, and regional reform, including the legislative overhaul of Italian provinces.
