Grigore-Kalev Stoicescu is an Estonian diplomat and politician currently serving as a member of the XV Riigikogu and as the Chairman of the National Defence Committee. Born in Constanța, Romania, to a Romanian father and an Estonian mother, he was educated at the Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn. Before his election to the Riigikogu in 2023, he had a distinguished diplomatic career, notably serving as the Ambassador of Estonia to the United States, Canada, and Mexico from 1997 to 1999.
