Gustavo Sánchez Vásquez

Gustavo Sánchez Vásquez was a Mexican politician and lawyer who served as a Senator for the state of Baja California until his death in 2026. A member of the National Action Party (PAN), he previously held the office of Municipal President of Mexicali from 2016 to 2019 and served in the Congress of Baja California. Throughout his career, he was recognized for his legal background and his legislative work on committees including Treasury and Public Credit and Foreign Affairs.
