Héctor Saúl Téllez Hernández is a Mexican politician and member of the National Action Party (PAN). He served as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies for the LXV Legislature from 2021 to 2024, representing the 24th District of Mexico City. Prior to his federal role, he was a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District from 2012 to 2015. A law graduate from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, he has held various administrative and technical positions within the federal government and his party's committees throughout his career.
