Hülya Düber is a German politician and lawyer who has served as a Member of the Bundestag since 2025. Born in Miltenberg to Turkish immigrant parents, she studied law at the University of Würzburg and earned her doctorate in 2007. Before her election to the federal parliament, she held various administrative roles in the Würzburg city government, including serving as the city's social affairs officer. Düber is currently the deputy chair of the Petitions Committee in the Bundestag and holds memberships in the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs and the Committee on Family, Seniors, Women and Youth.
