Hamida Ali Kibwana is a Kenyan politician and a nominated Member of the Senate representing the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). With an extensive background in election administration, she has served as a Returning Officer and Coordinator for the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK), an Election Advisor Specialist for the UNDP, and a strategist and election expert for the former Prime Minister. She holds a degree from Marist International University.
