Hanne Beate Stenvaag is a Norwegian politician and a member of the Storting representing the Red Party. Born in 1971, she has a background in theology and has served as a social worker, substitute teacher, and head of a crisis centre in Tromsø. Before her election to the national parliament in 2025, she served multiple terms on the Tromsø municipal council. In the Storting, she holds the position of chair of the Standing Committee on Local Government and Public Administration for the 2025–2029 term.
