Harald Meußgeier

Harald Meußgeier is a German politician serving as a member of the Landtag of Bavaria since 2023. Born in Kronach in 1962, he worked as a machine fitter following his military service. He entered politics by joining the Alternative for Germany (AfD) in 2017 and has served as the chairman of the party's Coburg-Kronach district association since 2019. In addition to his state-level mandate, he has been a member of the Kronach city council and the Kronach district council since 2020. In the Bavarian Landtag, he is a member of the Committee for Nutrition, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism.
