Harald Sonderegger is an Austrian politician who has served as the President of the Vorarlberg Landtag since 2014. A member of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), he previously held the position of Landesrat in the Vorarlberg state government from 2013 to 2014. Before his tenure in state government, he served as the mayor of his hometown, Schlins, and held various leadership roles in regional planning and municipal associations. Beyond his regional duties, Sonderegger has been active in European politics, serving as the President of the Chamber of Regions within the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe since 2021.
