Harish Shakya is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Bilsi constituency in Uttar Pradesh. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he was elected to the assembly in 2022. Prior to his legislative career, Shakya held several organizational roles within the party, including serving as the district chief for Budaun from 2016 to 2019 and as the district president of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha between 2004 and 2007. He began his political involvement in 1998 with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad.
