Harlan Vincent is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives for the 56th district. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, following his election in November 2022. Prior to his legislative career, Vincent had a long tenure with the Ruidoso Fire Department, where he served as fire chief until his retirement in 2016. During his time in public safety, he also acted as the commander of the Ruidoso Emergency Operation Center and chaired the Sierra Blanca Wild Land Fire Academy.
