Heath Howard

Heath Howard is an American politician serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford County District 4 since 2022. As one of the youngest state legislators in the United States and a member of Generation Z, he has served on the Election Law and Executive Departments and Administration committees. Howard's political platform emphasizes universal health care, a living wage, tuition-free college, and affordable housing. In 2025, he launched a campaign for New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District.
