Hector Arzeno is an Argentine-born American politician and businessman serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives for the 151st district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he made history as the first Democrat to represent this district. Before entering state politics, Arzeno had a long career in international banking and finance, holding executive positions at Banco Galicia and co-founding Fenix Bursatil S.A. He also served on the Representative Town Meeting in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he has resided since 1986.
