Héctor Rodríguez Castro is a Venezuelan politician and lawyer currently serving as Minister of Popular Power for Education. He has held several prominent governmental positions, including Governor of Miranda state, Minister of Sport, Minister of Youth, and deputy to the National Assembly. A founding member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and its youth wing, he began his political career as a student leader at the Central University of Venezuela.
