Heike Koehler is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Lower Saxony, representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in Hannover in 1967, she began her professional career as a medical assistant and later worked as a merchant and authorized signatory for a publishing agency. Koehler has been active in local politics since 2011, serving as a member of the Lehrte city council and the local council of Ahlten, where she also holds the position of local mayor. She assumed her seat in the state parliament in August 2024, succeeding Bernd Althusmann.
