Heiko Wingenfeld

Heiko Wingenfeld is a German politician and jurist who has served as the Lord Mayor of Fulda since August 2015. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously held the position of First District Commissioner for the district of Fulda from 2006 to 2015. Wingenfeld holds a doctorate in law from Humboldt University of Berlin and worked as a lawyer at the firm Hengeler Mueller before transitioning into local government. He is married and has three children.
