Harriet Helena Scott is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives. First elected in 2020 to represent the 7th district, she successfully secured reelection in 2022. Following court-mandated redistricting in the Detroit area, she ran for and won the seat for the 8th district in the 2024 election. She continues to serve as a member of the Democratic Party in the Michigan Legislature.
