Heljo Pikhof

Heljo Pikhof is an Estonian politician currently serving as a member of the Riigikogu, the national parliament of Estonia. Born in 1958 in Tartu, she graduated from the Miina Härma Gymnasium and later earned a law degree from the University of Tartu in 1985. Pikhof has been a long-standing member of the Social Democratic Party and has served in the Riigikogu across multiple legislative terms, including the XI, XII, XIII, XIV, and XV convocations. In addition to her national parliamentary duties, she has been a member of the Tartu City Council since 1996.
