Helle-Moonika Helme

Helle-Moonika Helme is an Estonian politician and musician who currently serves as a member of the Riigikogu. A graduate of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with a focus on opera singing, she entered politics and has been a member of the Estonian Conservative People's Party since 2012. She previously served on the Tallinn City Council and was first elected to the national parliament in 2019. She was re-elected to the XV Riigikogu in 2023, representing the electoral district of Hiiu, Lääne, and Saare County.
