Henryk Smolarz is a Polish politician, agricultural engineer, and local government official currently serving as a Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. He holds a doctorate in agricultural sciences and has extensive experience in agricultural administration, having previously served as the president of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS) and as the general director of the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR). Throughout his career, he has held various local government roles, including serving as the head of the Niemce municipality.
