Since 2015, he has been the president of the Polish People's Party (PSL) and has served as a member of the Sejm across multiple terms. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, he previously held the position of Minister of Labour and Social Policy from 2011 to 2015. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent figure in Polish politics, notably co-founding the Third Way coalition and running as a presidential candidate in 2020.
