Jacek Tomczak is a Polish politician, lawyer, and notary who has served as a Member of the Sejm across multiple terms since 2005. A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he began his political career in local government before entering national politics. Throughout his career, he has been associated with several political parties, including the Law and Justice party, Civic Platform, and currently the Polish People's Party as part of the Third Way coalition. He briefly served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology from 2023 to 2024 and has also taken on the role of Commissioner General for the Polish section of Expo 2025.
