Hermogenes Ebdane is a Filipino politician and retired police officer who has served as the Governor of Zambales since 2019, having previously held the office from 2010 to 2016. A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy, he had a distinguished career in law enforcement, serving as the 9th Chief of the Philippine National Police from 2002 to 2004. Throughout his career, Ebdane has held several high-level government positions, including National Security Adviser and Secretary of both the Department of National Defense and the Department of Public Works and Highways.
