Hervé Maurey

Hervé Maurey is a French politician who has served as a Senator for the Eure department since 2008. A member of The Centrists, he previously held the position of Mayor of Bernay and served as a regional councillor for Normandy. During his tenure in the Senate, he chaired the Committee on Regional Planning and Sustainable Development and has been a prominent voice on issues such as digital infrastructure, the safety of public infrastructure, and the financing of religious buildings. He is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and holds a master's degree in public law.
