二川 英俊

Hidetoshi Futakawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hitachinaka constituency. First elected in 2014, he has been re-elected three times. Before entering politics, he worked for Hitachi, Ltd. and was active in the company's labor union. His legislative focus includes health, welfare, medical care, and disaster prevention. He is a member of the Democratic Party for the People and serves as the secretary-general of the party's Ibaraki prefectural branch.
