千葉 秀幸

Hideyuki Chiba is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Iwate Prefectural Assembly. Representing the Oshu City and Kanegasaki Town electoral district, he is affiliated with the local political faction Kibo Iwate. Within the assembly, he serves on the Commerce, Industry and Construction Committee and holds the position of Chair of the Special Committee on Child Policy Research. He maintains a local office in Oshu City to support his legislative activities and constituent services.
