北口 寛人

Hiroto Kitaguchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Akashi. A graduate of Keio University, he previously worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries before serving two terms as the Mayor of Akashi. Throughout his career, he has focused on evidence-based policy making (EBPM), sustainable fiscal management, and regional development. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party and continues to advocate for policies addressing local education, healthcare, and social welfare.
