Toshitaka Muramatsu is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, representing the Machida constituency. Born in Machida in 1978, he graduated from Chuo University and previously worked in management roles within the food and service industries, where he gained experience in corporate accounting and legal affairs. Before his election to the metropolitan assembly in 2025, he served as a member of the Machida City Council starting in 2018.
