古賀壮志

Soushi Koga is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Hino, Tokyo, having assumed office in April 2025. Born in Hino, he previously served five terms as a member of the Hino City Council, where he held positions including City Council Chair and Chairman of the Policy Research Council. During his tenure as a city councilor, he was affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and became a certified disaster prevention specialist and a reserve officer in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. Koga was elected mayor in 2025 with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party, campaigning on a platform of municipal revitalization and generational change.
