中川 浩利

Hirotoshi Nakagawa is a Japanese politician currently serving his third term as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly, representing the Iwamizawa constituency. A former elementary and junior high school teacher, he also served as the secretary-general of the Rengo Hokkaido Sorachi Regional Council. In the assembly, he has been active in policy areas including regional healthcare, fiscal management, and welfare, and has represented the Democratic and Hokkaido Citizens' Union caucus in questioning the prefectural government on issues such as regional revitalization and energy policy.
