内海 久子

Hisako Utsumi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly, representing the Daito and Shijonawate electoral district. A member of the Komeito party, she has been elected to the prefectural assembly four times. Prior to her current role, she served as a member of the Daito City Council for three terms, including a tenure as the Chairperson of the Daito City Council.
