風早 ひさお

Hisao Kazahaya is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Takarazuka. Before entering prefectural politics, he worked as a radiological technologist and served as a secretary to a member of the National Diet. He also served one term as a member of the Takarazuka City Council. He is currently serving his second term in the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party.
