Hoàng Minh Hiếu

Hoàng Minh Hiếu is a Vietnamese politician and legal scholar currently serving as a Standing Member of the Law Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Born in Nghe An, he holds a PhD in Law and has dedicated much of his career to legislative research and parliamentary affairs. Before his election to the 15th National Assembly, he held several senior administrative roles within the Office of the National Assembly, including Director of the National Assembly Library and Director of the Information Department. He is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam and focuses his legislative work on constitutional development and the rule of law.
