Hoàng Đức Thắng

Hoang Duc Thang is a Vietnamese politician serving as a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Born on November 12, 1964, in Vinh Linh, Quang Tri, he has built a long career in regional and national governance, holding positions such as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Quang Tri Province and member of the Committee on Social Affairs of the National Assembly.
