Hubert Brigand is a French politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 4th constituency of Côte-d'Or, having been elected in 2022 and re-elected in 2024. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as the mayor of Châtillon-sur-Seine for 27 years, from 1995 to 2022, and as the president of the Pays Châtillonnais community of communes.
