Jérôme Darras

Jérôme Darras is a French politician and a member of the Socialist Party who has served as a Senator for the Pas-de-Calais department since September 2023. Before his election to the Senate, he held various local government roles, including serving as the first deputy mayor of Liévin and as chief of staff to Daniel Percheron at the Nord-Pas-de-Calais regional council. He holds a degree in economics and a specialized postgraduate diploma in the management of local authorities. As a senator, he sits on the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense, and the Armed Forces and is a member of the National Commission for the Control of Intelligence Techniques.
