Ian Roome

Ian Roome is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for North Devon since the 2024 general election. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in the Royal Air Force and later worked as a mental health nurse. Roome has extensive experience in local government, having served as a Barnstaple Town Councillor, Mayor of Barnstaple, and Leader of the North Devon District Council.
