Ieva Brante

Ieva Brante is a Latvian lawyer and politician currently serving as a member of the Riga City Council. She previously served as a member of the 14th Saeima, the parliament of Latvia, where she held a seat from December 2022 to September 2023. Brante holds a master's degree in law from Turība University and has a background in private legal practice and as the chair of the Čakste Association. Throughout her political career, she has been affiliated with several parties, including the Latvian Association of Regions and the National Alliance, before joining For Latvia's Development in 2025.
