조인철

In-cheol Jo is a South Korean politician and former civil servant currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Seo-gu A constituency in Gwangju. After passing the 40th Public Administration Examination in 1996, he held various high-level positions in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and served as the Vice Mayor for Culture and Economy of Gwangju Metropolitan City from 2019 to 2022. Elected to the National Assembly in 2024 as a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, he has been active in committees related to science, technology, and fiscal policy. He also serves as a floor spokesperson and has held roles as an economic special advisor to the party leader.
