Ioan Stan

Ioan Stan is a Romanian politician who has served as a long-standing member of the Romanian Parliament. Born on March 3, 1956, in Forăști, he began his parliamentary career as a deputy representing Suceava County, serving multiple terms between 2000 and 2016. In 2016, he transitioned to the Senate of Romania, where he has continued his legislative work as a representative of the Social Democratic Party (PSD). Throughout his tenure, he has been actively involved in various parliamentary friendship groups, fostering international relations with countries including Japan, Norway, and Iran.
