Ion Ciumac

Ion Ciumac is a Moldovan public official and lawyer currently serving as the Deputy Director General of the Public Property Agency (APP) of Moldova, a position he assumed in January 2026. Previously, he served as the head of the Chisinau territorial office of the State Chancellery from 2021 to 2026. Earlier in his career, Ciumac worked as a lawyer and served as the Mayor of Ocnița, where he focused on local infrastructure projects such as energy-efficient street lighting. He is a licensed legal professional with extensive experience in public law and state property management.
