Irena Ferčíková Konečná is a Czech politician, researcher, and human rights expert who has served as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since October 2025. Elected on the Pirate Party ticket as a member of the Green Party, she focuses on issues including human rights, the protection of victims, digital rights, and privacy. Previously, she served as the director of the non-profit organization La Strada, which combats human trafficking, and worked as a political consultant for the European Sex Workers’ Rights Alliance. She holds a Ph.D. in special pedagogy from Palacký University Olomouc and an LL.M. in European Law.
