A graduate of the University of Wrocław, he previously served as the deputy mayor of Świebodzice and held the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Climate and Environment from 2019 to 2023, where he also acted as the government plenipotentiary for renewable energy sources. Throughout his career, he has been associated with the Free and Solidary party before joining Law and Justice.
