William Irwin Chua Tieng is a Filipino politician and businessman currently serving as the representative for the 5th district of Manila in the House of Representatives. First elected to Congress in 2007 as a Buhay Party-List representative, he notably authored legislation that reduced the amusement tax on local films. Before his current tenure in the House, he served as a member of the Manila City Council from 2016 to 2022. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University.
